micro ID

I found this micro Stonepit Quarry in Milton Keynes on Saturday, not been able to find what it is, i took a couple of pics but they aren't great. Any suggestions to an ID would be welcome.

  1. Hi Darren, probably only because I have it on my mind re the comments about Cnephasias earlier, but it does have a hint of Isotrias rectifasciana about it.

  4. It's not Isotrias rectifasciana. The median band meets the dorsum too close to the tornus. How about Rhobopota stagnana see http://www.lepiforum.de/lepiwiki.pl? The habitat would be right.

    1. I agree, Martin, more likely a female R.stagnana. If you follow the link in the comment above you'll see that's what it takes you to a picture of!
