ID help please

Anyone willing to have a punt at this worn individual? I would quite like to know as it was the only moth in the trap last night! I'm edging towards Double Square-spot but not at all confident.

    Looks like Double Square-spot to me, Tom - i had an identical looking specimen in my trap last night!
